In our journeying sessions and cycles, inner territories are expanded and discoveries are supported by the vision and experience of two therapists who serve as lanterns, accompanying and anchoring the journeying experience. We call this method of three-way journeying Connection – Expansive Method ™ because it expands the field of vision and the information brought back from each journeying session.

The unconscious holds precious keys – our actions are often not the result of conscious choices. Journeying allows you to access these keys, reframe patterns and awaken to a new perspective and reality as the process unfolds. Our journeying process is carried out to the sound of the drum or other sound frequencies that induce alpha, theta or gamma brain waves associated with states of relaxation, creativity, visualization and expansion of consciousness. Consequently, the process accesses the terrain of the unconscious from an awake and conscious state. It works on parts of us that may be immature, wounded, confused, insecure, dormant or unknown, but powerful and waiting to be transformed.
That is why we work as a triad: the person who wishes to undertake the journeying is accompanied by two therapists, who provide a framework of structure and technique, support and anchoring so that psychic layers are revealed. The process of expansion and understanding unfolds, and is integrated into the identity and essence of the soul in a safe, gradual and supported way.
